''The Sword Bearer'' (russian: Меченосец, Mechenosets) is a 2006 Russian superhero thriller films directed by Filipp Yankovsky, based on Yevgeni Danilenko's book of the same name. Filipp Olegovich Yankovsky (russian: Фили́пп Оле́гович Янко́вский) is a Russian actor and film director. He was born on October 10, 1968, to actor Oleg Yankovsky.
