"The Stuff That Dreams Are Made Of" is the third single from Carly Simon's 13th studio album '' Coming Around Again'' (1987). The song was written by Simon and produced by John Boylan. Though no official video was produced for the single, a clip of Simon performing the song at her 1987 HBO concert special, '' Live from Martha's Vineyard,'' was released and received moderate airplay on VH1. Carly Elisabeth Simon (born June 25, 1943) is an American singer-songwriter, memoirist, and children's author. Irish Singles Chart
The Irish Singles Chart is the Republic of Ireland's music industry standard singles popularity chart issued weekly by the Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA) and compiled on their behalf by the Official Charts Company. Chart rankings are based on sales, which are compiled through over-the-counter retail data captured electronically each day from retailers' EPOS systems. All major record shops, digital retailers and streaming services contribute to the chart, accounting for over 95% of the market. A new chart is compiled and officially released to the public by the Irish Recorded Music Association on Friday at noon. Each chart is dated with the "week-ending" date of the previous Thursday (i.e., the day before issue). David Nadien (March 12, 1926 – May 28, 2014) was an American virtuoso violinist and violin teacher. He was the concertmaster of the New York Philharmonic from 1966 to 1970. The Yamaha DX7 is a synthesizer manufactured by the Yamaha Corporation from 1983 to 1989. It was the first successful digital synthesizer and is one of the best-selling synthesizers in history, selling more than 200,000 units.
