''The Seventh Continent'' ( hr, Sedmi kontinent) is a 1966 Yugoslav and Czechoslovakian co-production film directed by Dušan Vukotić. Plot A group of children discovers a new continent, not inhabited by adults. Soon, thousands of children of all races begin to abandon their parents and arrive at the new continent, forming a friendly and joyous society, where everyone is equal. Their parents realize children are going missing all over the world and begin to look for them, but are unaware of the existence of the seventh continent. Dušan Vukotić
Dušan Vukotić (7 February 1927 – 8 July 1998) was a Yugoslav and Croatian cartoonist, author and director of animated films of Montenegrin descent. He is the best known member of the Zagreb school of animated films. Biography Vukotić was born in Bileća, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes to father Radovan Vukotić and mother Darinka Vučinić. His father Radovan was a Royal Yugoslav Army sub-colonel who got captured in the vicinity of Gornji Milanovac by the invading ''Wehrmacht'' force during the Nazi German invasion of Yugoslavia, spending the remainder of World War II in Osnabrück prison camp. His mother Darinka was a daughter of Milutin Vučinić, Montenegrin army officer and one time prime minister. His paternal grandfather Mojaš "Kinjo" Vukotić who died during the 1912-1913 Siege of Scutari was serdar Janko Vukotić's brother. Nenad Polimac
Nenad Polimac (born 1949) is a Croatian film critic. Polimac was born in Zagreb. His earliest published writings on film date from 1972. He was a co-founder of the Zagreb-based ''Film'' magazine where he served as an editor from 1975 to 1979. From 1978 to 1984 Polimac was a member of the film editorial board of Radiotelevision Zagreb. Since 1990, Polimac worked as an editor and film critic in ''Globus'' and ''Nacional'' weeklies.
