The Royal Bengal Tiger (film)
''The Royal Bengal Tiger'' is an Indian Bengali suspense thriller film directed by Rajesh Ganguly, written and produced by Neeraj Pandey.It is based on Chuck Palahniuk's famous novel 'Fight Club'. The film stars Abir Chatterjee, Priyanka Sarkar, Shraddha Das and Jeet. The film received positive reviews from critics and turned out to be commercially successful. The film has only one song, sung by Timir Biswas. The film premiered in Kolkata on 1 February 2014. Synopsis Abhi (Abir Chatterjee) is a meek Bengali family man who does not know how to fight. He lives in Kolkata with his wife Apu (Priyanka Sarkar) and his son. He has a tenant Mr. Pakrashi (Kharaj Mukherjee) who has not paid rent for six months. He simply walks away. Neeraj Pandey
Neeraj Pandey (born 17 December 1973) is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter who works in Hindi cinema. Pandey was made his directoral debut in ''A Wednesday!'', which was largely praised by critics and which later became a recipient of many accolades. His second film was ''Special 26'' (2013), which was followed by ''Baby (2015 Hindi film), Baby'' (2015), the latter of which received critical acclaim and became a huge commercial success.
