''The Rotten Fruit'' is an adult animated mini-series created by Noah Belson and Eli Roth. The show was about a rock and roll band consisting of violent, sociopathic pieces of fruit. The tagline was "They drink. They shag. They rock. They're fruit." Eli Raphael Roth (born April 18, 1972) is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, and actor. As a director and producer, he is most closely associated with the horror genre, having directed the films '' Cabin Fever'' (2003) and ''Hostel'' (2005).
