Produced by Howard Benson, it was the band's last album to feature bassist Markku Lappaleinen prior to his departure in 2005. "The Reason" is a song by Canadian singer Celine Dion, recorded for her fifth English-language studio album, ''Let's Talk About Love'' (1997). It was written by Carole King, Mark Hudson and Greg Wells, and produced by Sir George Martin. The Reason is a Canadian rock band, formed by Adam White and James Nelan in 2003 in Hamilton, Ontario. History Adam White (vocals) and James "Cubby" Nelan (guitar) formed The Reason in late 2003 after the passing of their punk rock band, Sewing With Nancie. Eventually adding Erik Mikalauskas (guitar), Cam Bordignon ( drums; who replaced original drummer Joe Demars) and Sean Palmer ( bass), The Reason began to write songs and immediately released their first EP - ''Problems Associated With Running''. The band replaced Mikalauskas with Jeremy Widerman on guitar shortly afterwards, and went on tour. They soon signed to Smallman Records & Management after the label witnessed the band performing a concert. In the 12 months that followed they played over 200 shows across Canada and the northern USA, and quickly developed poise well beyond their short existence. ''Lower Than Atlantis'' is the fourth studio album by British rock band Lower Than Atlantis. With the release of '' Changing Tune'' (2012), the band moved to an arena rock-orientated sound. Following the touring cycle for ''Changing Tune'', Island Records gave the band an ultimatum. The result of which ended with the band taking a label advance and building their own recording studio in Watford in July 2013. Discussing new material, vocalist/guitarist Mike Duce called the lyrics "quite vague" compared to his previous autobiographical work. It was released on February 5, 2013 exclusively to members of The Nest (Owsla's subscription service). The three tracks were also uploaded to Moore's official YouTube channel the following day.
