The Prey (2018 Film)
''The Prey'' is a 2018 US- Cambodian film directed and written by Jimmy Henderson and "trumpeted as Cambodia’s first million-dollar action movie". Synopsis Xin, an undercover Interpol operative who is investigating a phone scam that is spreading in China and seems to be based in Phnom Penh. When Cambodian Police raids the operation’s headquarter and arrest everybody, Xin has to go along with it in order to keep his cover. The bunch of arrested criminals are sent to a forgotten prison at the border, governed by a ruthless and sadistic warden. Xin manages to send a signal to his boss in Beijing, just in time before being labeled as a trouble-maker and consequently sent with a group of other unlucky fellow prisoners to a mysterious mission in the jungle. Vithaya Pansringarm
Vithaya Pansringarm ( th, วิทยา ปานศรีงาม, ; born 11 August 1959) is a Thai actor best known for appearing in ''Only God Forgives''. He is also known in Thailand as "Pu Vithaya". Vithaya graduated in Graphic Design from New York Institute of Technology. He holds a 5th Degree Black Belt (5 DAN) in Kendo (a Japanese martial art) and is President of the Thailand Kendo Club. Career In June 2014, he won Best Actor at the Shanghai International Film Festival for his role as Chavoret in ''The Last Executioner'', a film based on the true life story of Thailand's last person to carry out executions by gun. Bokator, ). The term bokator translates as "pounding a lion" from the words ''bok'' meaning "to pound" and ''tor'' meaning "lion." is an ancient battlefield martial art used by ancient Khmer military groups. It is one of the oldest existing fighting systems originating from Cambodia. Oral tradition indicates that bokator (or an early form thereof) was the close quarter combat system used by the ancient Cambodian armies before the founding of Angkor. Byron Bishop
George Gordon Byron, 6th Baron Byron (22 January 1788 – 19 April 1824), known simply as Lord Byron, was an English romantic poet and peer. He was one of the leading figures of the Romantic movement, and has been regarded as among the greatest of English poets.
