The Preview (EP)
''The Preview'' is the second extended play by American hip hop duo Chiddy Bang. It was released in early October 2010 and did very well in sales, ranking at #2 in iTunes sales for the hip-hop/rap category. It also debuted at #76 on the ''Billboard'' 200 with 6,000 copies sold in the first week released. Alongside positive sales figures, ''The Preview'' received generally positive reviews from both critics and fans alike, with some dubbing Chiddy Bang as "Philadelphia's Next Big Thing". Singles *"Opposite of Adults" was released on 21 February 2010 as the lead single from the EP and samples "Kids" by MGMT. It became a top 10 hit in Australia, Ireland and New Zealand; and became a top 20 hit in Belgium and the UK, as well as a top 40 hit in Switzerland. Chiddy Bang
Chidera Anamege, now known by his stage name Chiddy Bang, is an American rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to its breakup, Chiddy Bang was an American hip hop duo consisting of Anamege, under the stage name Chiddy, and Noah Beresin, under the stage name Xaphoon Jones. The duo was introduced by former band member Zachary Sewall in late 2008 while the two were studying at Drexel University, in Beresin's hometown of Philadelphia. Anamege's sound is based on the fusion of hip hop and alternative using samples from artists such as Ellie Goulding, Radiohead, Sufjan Stevens, Passion Pit, MGMT, Matt and Kim and Yelle. Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums is a music chart published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine that ranks R&B and hip hop albums based on sales in the United States and is compiled by Nielsen SoundScan. The chart debuted as Hot R&B LPs in the issue dated January 30, 1965 in an effort by the magazine to further expand into the field of rhythm and blues music. It then went through several name changes, being known as Soul LPs in the 1970s and Top Black Albums in the 1980s, before returning to the R&B identification in 1990 and affixing a hip hop designation in 1999 to reflect the latter's growing sales and relationship to R&B during the decade. Kamaal Ibn John Fareed (born Jonathan William Davis, April 10, 1970), better known by his stage name Q-Tip, is an American rapper, record producer, singer, and DJ. ''Fight Night Champion'' is a boxing video game developed by EA Canada and published by Electronic Arts. It is the fifth and last entry in the ''Fight Night'' series and was released in March 2011 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
