The Post Show
''The Post Show'' is an interactive television aftershow on G4, covering the NBC series ''Heroes''. Overview The Post Show is a live, half-hour wrap-up show which premiered Saturday, November 3, 2007 on G4. The show features multiple interactive and web-enabled elements, including live chats and polls, interviews with cast and crew members, and tips on what to look for in upcoming episodes. G4 viewers are able to take part in the live and interactive show; fans are able to use web cams and instant messaging to join in live discussions, voice their opinions, and provide theories on how future episodes will play out. G4 accepts fan submissions for The Post Show using Stickam. The show is regularly hosted by Blair Butler and Kevin Pereira. Minute
The minute is a unit of time usually equal to (the first sexagesimal fraction) of an hour, or 60 seconds. John MacDonald Coleman (born February 21, 1958) is an American actor who has played the role of Steven Carrington in the 1980s prime time soap opera ''Dynasty'' (1982–1988), Noah Bennet in the science-fiction drama series ''Heroes'' (2006–2010), State Senator Robert Lipton on ''The Office'' (2010–2013), and United States Senator William Bracken on ''Castle'' (2012–2015). Early life and education Coleman was born February 21, 1958 in Easton, Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. He is a sixth-generation descendant of Benjamin Franklin. George Takei
George Takei (; ja, ジョージ・タケイ; born Hosato Takei (武井 穂郷), April 20, 1937) is an American actor, author and activist known for his role as Hikaru Sulu, helmsman of the fictional starship USS ''Enterprise'' in the television series ''Star Trek'' and subsequent films. Takei was born to Japanese American parents, with whom he lived in U.S.-run internment camps during World War II. Allan Arkush (born April 30, 1948) is an American director and producer of films, television and videos. He is a collaborator of Joe Dante. Early life Arkush grew up in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
