Funk
Funk is a music genre that originated in African American communities in the mid-1960s when musicians created a rhythmic, danceable new form of music through a mixture of various music genres that were popular among African Americans in the mid-20th century. Mat Camison
Mathias Camison (born 5 August 1941) is a French keyboardist and electronic musician, responsible for many library and pop recordings, especially during the 1970s. Born in Algiers, Camison moved to France in 1955 and in the late 1950s formed his first group, Les Français, with Jacky Rault on drums and Jacky Hythier on bass, later joined by guitarist Ted Tunnicliffe of the Krewkats, recently arrived from Germany.
