The Party Zone
''The Party Zone'' is a crossover solid-state pinball machine released in 1991 by Midway (under Bally) designed by Dennis Nordman and programmed by Jim Strompolis. It is in a single playfield format and collaborates characters from previous pinball machines. It is the second pinball machine released after the Bally-Midway division was sold, yet still operated under the "Bally" name. Williams Pinball Controller
The Williams Pinball Controller (WPC) is an arcade system board platform used for several pinball games designed by Williams and Midway (under the ''Bally'' name) between 1990 and early 1999. It is the successor to their earlier System 11 hardware ('' High Speed'', ''Pin*Bot'', ''Black Knight 2000''). It was succeeded by Williams/Midway's Pinball 2000 platform, before Williams left the pinball business in October 1999. Dan Forden
Daniel Warner Forden (born September 28, 1963) is an American sound programmer and music composer. He has worked on video games developed by Midway and its successor NetherRealm Studios since 1989. Forden achieved recognition for his audio work on the ''Mortal Kombat'' fighting game series where he was part of the original design team. He is also recognized for his Easter egg appearances in the series. Outside of video games, Forden played bass guitar in the progressive rock band Cheer-Accident from 1992 to 1993. Biography and working style Forden was born in Chicago, Illinois. He is the youngest of their four children to Sara Forden (née Mazza) and Michael Forden. Elvira And The Party Monsters
''Elvira and the Party Monsters'' is a 1989 pinball game designed by Dennis Nordman and Jim Patla and released by Midway (under the ''Bally'' label), featuring horrorshow-hostess Elvira. It was followed 1996 by '' Scared Stiff'', also designed by Nordman. Description The marketing slogan ''"Elvira is No Cheap Date!"'' referring to the new .50/.75/1.00 pricing scheme. ''Elvira and the Party Monsters'' was made shortly after the merger of Williams and Bally.
