"The Note" is a country music song written by Buck Moore and Michele Ray. The most famous version of the song was recorded by Daryle Singletary, whose version was the lead single to his 1998 album '' Ain't It the Truth''. Content The song is about a man who witnesses a breakup through a note left by his former lover. History The song was first cut by Conway Twitty on his 1985 album ''Don't Call Him a Cowboy''. Gene Watson recorded a version of 'The Note' and included the track on his 1985 album ''Memories to Burn''. Tammy Wynette recorded a version of the song for her 1989 album '' Next To You''. ''Heavy Love'' is the fourth studio album by American rock band Man Overboard. It was released on June 30, 2015 by Rise. Background In May 2013, Man Overboard released ''Heart Attack'' through Rise. Between March and May 2014, Man Overboard supported All Time Low on their A Love Like Tour in the US. Shortly afterwards, Man Overboard went on the Heart Attack tour in North America throughout May and June. It was the band's first headlining tour in a while, following a break their longest in five years. ''The Note'' is a 2007 American-Canadian made-for-television drama film directed by Douglas Barr and starring Genie Francis and Ted McGinley. The movie aired on Hallmark Channel on December 8, 2007. It is based on the novel by Angela Hunt. It was filmed on location in Hamilton, Ontario. Plot summary Newspaper columnist Peyton MacGruder (Genie Francis) finds a note addressed simply to 'T', washed up on shore. It appears to be from the victim of a recent plane crash, and carries a message of hope and forgiveness from a father to his child.
