The New Frontier
The term ''New Frontier'' was used by Democratic presidential candidate John F. Kennedy in his acceptance speech in the 1960 United States presidential election to the Democratic National Convention at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum as the Democratic slogan to inspire America to support him. The phrase developed into a label for his administration's domestic and foreign programs. In the words of Robert D. Independence Hall Association
The Independence Hall Association (IHA) was founded in 1942 to be the driving force behind the creation of Independence National Historical Park, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1995, it created the website that today is called UShistory.org, with over 3 million page views monthly. The IHA is a nonprofit, independent facilitating organization. Its mission today is to educate the public about the Revolutionary and Colonial eras of American history, as well as Philadelphia generally. The association was organized by Edwin O. FHA Insured Loan
An FHA insured loan is a US Federal Housing Administration mortgage insurance backed mortgage loan that is provided by an FHA-approved lender. FHA mortgage insurance protects lenders against losses. They have historically allowed lower-income United States, Americans to borrow money to purchase a home that they would not otherwise be able to afford. Because this type of loan is more geared towards new house owners than real estate investors, FHA loans are different from Mortgage loan#Standard or conforming mortgages, conventional loans in the sense that the house must be Owner-occupancy, owner-occupant for at least a year.
