The Legendary Traxster
Samuel Lindley (born July 14, 1973 in Chicago, Illinois), better known by his stage name The Legendary Traxster, is an American songwriter, rapper and record producer. A native of Chicago, he is best known as a producer for Twista, Do or Die and Ludacris. He is the owner of Traxster Inc. and Co-CEO of CWAL Records. In 2017 he launched Nothing But Dope LLC imprint distributed through Priority Records. He is also one half of the Hip Hop duo House Lindley which is composed of him and his wife Tia London. Career The Legendary Traxster produced the song "My Chick Bad" by Ludacris featuring Nicki Minaj, from the album ''Battle Of The Sexes''. Traxster also produced "My Chick Bad" by Ludacris a #1 album on the Billboard 200. Chicago Recording Company, or CRC, is a recording studio in Chicago, Illinois, founded in 1975. Boasting twelve studios, CRC is the largest recording company in the Midwest, and the largest independent studio in the country. "Make a Movie" is the first single and a popular song from American rapper Twista's eighth studio album, '' The Perfect Storm''. It was released on August 24, 2010. The track charted in the United States and a music video was shot. Background The song was put down as being unoriginal, as there been other songs titled "Make a Movie" about making sex tapes, such as "Make a Movie" by Chamillionaire, which Twista is featured on. The original version of the track featured T-Pain on the hook but the final version features Chris Brown. The collaboration was said to be unexpected and geared towards a pop audience. Twista explained that the collaboration came around due to mutual respect between the two. ''Category F5'' is the seventh studio album by American rapper Twista. The album marks the first collaboration with Chicago producer the Legendary Traxster since 2004's ''Kamikaze''. The album was released on July 14, 2009. Originally scheduled to feature Kanye West, Akon, Busta Rhymes, Mr. Criminal, Tech N9ne, and Static Major, guest appearances were pared down as many of the recorded songs were leaked, including the song "Problems" featuring Tech N9ne, which was cut because of sample-clearance problems. The track "She Got It" (produced by Jim Jonsin & featuring Bobby Valentino) was cut because the tracks were not 100% ready.
