The Legend Of Huma
''The Legend of Huma'' is a fantasy novel by American writer Richard A. Knaak, the first in the Heroes Sextet of Dragonlance novels. It was based on characters and settings from Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman's ''Dragonlance Chronicles'' series. Published in 1988, it was the first ''Dragonlance'' book not dealing with the Heroes of the Lance, original companions. Plot summary The book narrates the adventures of Huma Dragonbane, a Knights of Solamnia#Order of the Crown, Knight of the Crown, his meeting with Kaz (Dragonlance), Kaz the Minotaur (Dungeons & Dragons)#Minotaurs in Dragonlance, Minotaur, the discovering of the Dragonlance (weapon), dragonlances, and the defeat of Takhisis during the Third Dragon Wars. ''Magia i Miecz'' (Polish language, Polish for: ''Magic and Sword'') was the first Role-playing game, RPG-oriented magazine in Poland. Started in 1993, it ceased publishing in 2002 after 103 issues. The publisher was Wydawnictwo MAG. Tomasz Kołodziejczak served as the editor of the magazine. On 18 March 2014 Kuźnia Gier publishing house announced about acquiring the rights to title and reactivating the magazine and hold a crowdfunding project for restarting the magazine. The magazine published only six issues before going defunct in 2018. HighBeam Research was a paid search engine and full text online archive owned by Gale, a subsidiary of Cengage, for thousands of newspapers, magazines, academic journals, newswires, trade magazines, and encyclopedias in English. Takhisis is a fictional character from the ''Dragonlance'' universe. She is depicted as the main goddess of evil in the setting and head of the Dark Pantheon. Titles and forms Within the Dragonlance universe, Takhisis was a sister of Gilean and Paladine, the goddess of control and evil, consort to Sargonnas, and mother to Zeboim and Nuitari.
