William Blinn
William Frederick Blinn (July 21, 1937 – October 22, 2020) was an American screenwriter and television producer. Life and career Blinn was born in Toledo, Ohio, the son of Clare Allen and Pearl Ariel (Schaeffer) Blinn. Blinn began his career in television in the 1960s. As a screenwriter, Blinn wrote episodes of '' Rawhide'', ''Gunsmoke'', ''The Rookies'', ''Here Come the Brides'' and ''Shane'' (where he was also story editor), and '' Fame'' (where he also served as executive producer). In 1971, Blinn wrote the screenplay for the television movie ''Brian's Song'' for which he won an Emmy and Peabody Award. He won a second Emmy in 1977 for his work on the miniseries ''Roots''. Blinn also created two series for producing mogul Aaron Spelling: ''Starsky & Hutch'' (Blinn later produced the 2004 film of the same name); and the less-successful ''Heaven Help Us'', which co-starred Ricardo Montalban known for his role in ''Fantasy Island''. Philip Sterling
Philip Sterling (October 9, 1922 – November 30, 1998) was an American film and television actor. He played Dr. Winston Croft on 28 episodes of the American daytime soap opera '' The Doctors''. He also played Judge Truman Ventnor on 21 episodes in ''Sisters'' and Dr. Simon Weiss on 12 episodes in '' St. Elsewhere''. Sterling guest-starred in numerous television programs including ''The Golden Girls'', ''M*A*S*H'', ''The Rockford Files'', ''Family Ties'', ''Hart to Hart'', ''Growing Pains'', ''Night Court'', ''The Wonder Years'', ''The A-Team'', ''Diff'rent Strokes'' and ''Newhart''. Jeffrey Michael Jacquet (born October 15, 1966) is a former United States, American actor perhaps best known for his television roles as Eugene in the first season of the American Broadcasting Company, ABC sitcom ''Mork & Mindy'' and as Jeremy Saldino on the CBS science-fiction adventure series ''Whiz Kids (TV series), Whiz Kids''. Life and career Jacquet started his career as a child actor in 1978 in the films ''Return from Witch Mountain'' and ''Bloodbrothers (1978 film), Bloodbrothers''.
