''The L.I.B.R.A.'' is the eleventh studio album by American rapper T.I. It was released on October 16, 2020, via Grand Hustle Records and Empire Distribution. The title, which references T.I.'s zodiac sign, libra, also doubles as an acronym for " Legend Is Back Running Atlanta". The album, which was initially titled ''Love & Liability'', serves as the final installment of a trilogy, that was preceded by '' Paperwork'' (2014) and ''Dime Trap'' (2018). Production on the album was handled by record producers such as Hitmaka, 9th Wonder, June Jenius, Cardiak, Juicy J, David Banner, Lil' C, Thaddeus Dixon. The album features guest appearances from 21 Savage, 42 Dugg, Benny the Butcher, Conway the Machine, Eric Bellinger, Jadakiss, Jeremih, John Legend, Killer Mike, Lil Baby, London Jae, Mozzy, Rapsody, Rick Ross, Snoop Dogg, Young Thug, and comedian Ms. Pat, among others. Thaddeus Gustav Dixon (born January 14, 1984), also known as The Music Man, is an American record producer, songwriter, music director, and musician. He co-produced and co-wrote Meghan Trainor's certified platinum single "Better When I'm Dancin'," originally recorded for The Peanuts Movie soundtrack. Dixon has also worked as a music director and drummer for Bryson Tiller, Khalid and other artists. Demond Price (born February 16, 1982), known professionally as Conway the Machine (or simply Conway), is an American rapper. Alongside his paternal half-brother Westside Gunn and cousin Benny the Butcher, Conway was a member of Griselda Records. On February 21, 2022, Conway announced his departure from Griselda Records. He is part of the hip hop collective Griselda with frequent collaborators and first-cousins Westside Gunn and Conway the Machine. He is also a part of the collective Black Soprano Family.
