E-Man
E-Man is a comic-book character, a superhero created by writer Nicola Cuti and artist Joe Staton for the American company Charlton Comics in 1973. Although the character's original series was short-lived, the lightly humorous hero has become a cult classic occasionally revived by different independent comics publishers. The character was originally owned by Charlton but was eventually transferred to its creators. Publication history After editor Dick Giordano left the Derby, Connecticut-based Charlton Comics, in 1968, the publisher ended its superhero line. A later editor, George Wildman, persuaded the publisher to try superheroes again, prompting writer Nicola Cuti and artist Joe Staton to devise E-Man. Killjoys
''Killjoys'' is a Canadian space adventure drama series that aired on Space (now CTV Sci-Fi) in Canada. Primarily a science fiction series, ''Killjoys'' follows a trio of hard-living bounty hunters—Dutch (Hannah John-Kamen), Johnny (Aaron Ashmore), and D'avin (Luke Macfarlane). The series ran for five seasons, ending in 2019. It was officially ordered to series on October 7, 2013, with a 10-episode pick-up. In April 2014, it was announced that Syfy would co-produce the series, and the first season premiered June 19, 2015. In September 2017, Syfy renewed the series for a fourth and a fifth season, each to consist of 10 episodes. The fifth and final season premiered July 19, 2019, and concluded on September 20, 2019. The Arockalypse
''The Arockalypse'' is the third studio album by Finnish heavy metal band Lordi. It includes the hit single "Hard Rock Hallelujah", which won the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 for Finland. The album has sold triple platinum in Finland and gold in Sweden. Although the album cover shows OX, it was Kalma who played bass guitar on the album. Guests ''The Arockalypse'' has many guest-stars on its tracks: Dee Snider and Jay Jay French from Twisted Sister, Udo Dirkschneider from Accept/U.D.O. and Bruce Kulick from Kiss. Above The Weeping World
''Above the Weeping World'' is the third studio album by Insomnium. It was released on August 9, 2006, in Europe and on October 17, 2006, elsewhere by Candlelight Records. A music video was made for "Mortal Share." During its first week, the album peaked at #9 on the Finnish album charts (week 39/2006). The album's lyrics have been influenced by (and occasionally taken from) classic poets like Hölderlin, Edgar Allan Poe, and Finnish classic Eino Leino. The last track of the album, "In the Groves of Death" lasts about ten minutes, and its main theme is heavily inspired by Leino's poem Tumma, the ending poem of his saga Helkavirsiä. The entire poem "The Night Has a Thousand Eyes" by English poet Francis William Bourdillon is used as a chorus in the album's third track "Drawn to Black". Killjoy DeSade (born Frank Pucci; November 4, 1966 – March 18, 2018) was an American musician, best known as the lead vocalist for the death metal band Necrophagia. Career Pucci founded Necrophagia in 1983, which first dissolved in 1990. Shortly after Necrophagia's dissolution, he formed his solo band and released ''Compelled by Fear'' in 1990. Pucci reformed Necrophagia in 1997 with Phil Anselmo, and performed with the band until his demise. Pucci was the only original member in the group's current lineup. He was the vocalist for the death metal/thrash metal band Cabal in 1990. Pucci participated in several side projects with Phil Anselmo, including Viking Crown and Eibon. He was the vocalist for the death metal band The Ravenous, which included Nuclear Assault bassist Dan Lilker and Death drummer Chris Reifert. Killjoy 3 (also known as ''Killjoy's Revenge'') is a 2010 American slasher comedy film and sequel to Full Moon's hit urban horror movie, ''Killjoy''.
