The IronGodz was a professional wrestling tag team, consisting of Jax Dane and Rob Conway, who were aligned with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) where they are former one-time NWA World Tag Team Champions. History National Wrestling Alliance (2013–2015) On January 19, 2013, Dane and Conway made their debut together for the National Wrestling Alliance teaming with Chris Marval defeating Alex Reigns, Ricky Starks and Vince Vile at the NWA Branded Out Wrestling New Years Revolution event. On February 14, 2014, The IronGodz (Jax Dane and Rob Conway) successfully defended the NWA World Tag Team Championships against The Lords of KAos (Damien Wayne and Lance Erikson) for NWA Southern All-Star Wrestling. Jackson Dane Laymon (born April 10, 1981) is an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, Jax Dane. He is known for his tenure with various National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) member promotions. He is a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, NWA National Heavyweight, NWA North American Heavyweight and NWA World Tag Team Champion. Lance Hoyt (born February 28, 1977) is an American professional wrestler, currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) under the ring name Lance Archer. He also makes sporadic appearance for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). He is also known for his time with WWE as Vance Archer, and impact Wrestling (TNA) under his real name and as Lance Rock. The NWA National Championship is a professional wrestling championship owned and promoted by the U.S.-based, National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). The current champion is Cyon, who is in his first reign. The championship was established in January 1980 as the top singles title of Georgia Championship Wrestling (GCW), a prominent NWA-affiliated promotion. Until its September 1986 deactivation, the title remained Georgia-based—across 3 different owners (GCW; Championship Wrestling from Georgia, and Jim Crockett Promotions). __NOTOC__ The is a professional wrestling round-robin tag team tournament held by New Japan Pro-Wrestling as a spin-off of the popular singles tournament, the G1 Climax. It was created in 1991 as the Super Grade Tag League, as a continuation of a regular tag team tournament held since 1980, gaining the name in 1999. In 2012, NJPW's new owners, the Bushiroad company, renamed the tournament to its current form. Since the tournament acquired its current name, the winning team earns the right to challenge for the IWGP Tag Team Championship at the following year's Wrestle Kingdom, assuming the team does not hold the title at the time of their victory.
