''The Inspector Wears Skirts'' (, released in the United States as ''Top Squad'' and in the Philippines as ''Lady Enforcer'') is a 1988 Hong Kong martial arts-action comedy produced by Jackie Chan, directed by Wellson Chin and starring Sibelle Hu, Cynthia Rothrock and Kara Hui. In common with many other Hong Kong films ''The Inspector Wears Skirts'' moves from genre to genre. Synopsis The film revolves around a crack squad of female police officers who have to deal with harassment and a lack of respect from their male colleagues, personal issues as well as some serious criminals. Bill Tung
Bill Tung Biu () (March 30, 1933 in Hong Kong — February 22, 2006) was a Hong Kong actor and horse racing commentator. Tung started off as a jockey with his family racing horse stable. He was then recruited to become a horse racing commentator. Due to his fame, he was invited to act in many movies beginning in the late 1970s. He appeared in several films with Jackie Chan during the 1980s and 1990s, such as playing Inspector "Uncle" Bill Wong in the original '' Police Story'' series, including his final movie role in '' Police Story 4: First Strike'' in 1996. The Jackie Chan Stunt Team (), also known as Jackie Chan's Stuntmen Association, is a group of stuntmen and martial artists who work alongside Jackie Chan. Founded in the 1970s, it initially included Hong Kong action stuntmen and martial artists, before expanding to include international talent over the next several decades. History The JC Stunt Team was established in 1976 and originated from the relationships Chan formed in his early starring roles in Hong Kong action movies. Shing Fui-On
Shing Fui-On (成奎安; 1 February 1955 – 27 August 2009) was a Hong Kong actor, best known for his supporting roles in Hong Kong cinema. He had only one leading role in his entire career. Biography Shing Fui-On was the fourth of five siblings in a Hakka family. Due to family poverty, Shing had to drop out of school at the age of 13. At the age of 15, he worked as an extra at Shaw Brothers, and later moved to Golden Harvest before working at a dance hall. Shing Fui-On was an original resident of Sai Kung's Nam Wai Village.
