The Henry Clay People
The Henry Clay People was an American indie rock and punk band, formed by brothers Joey and Andy Siara. History Joey and Andy Siara began playing with current drummer Eric Scott in 2002 under the name "Vallejo by Knife," which they changed in 2005 to The Henry Clay People. They have toured the United States multiple times, and have performed at Lollapalooza, SXSW, Austin City Limits Festival, Coachella, Riot Fest, Sasquatch Music Festival, and Bunbury Music Festival In March 2010, original drummer Eric Scott rejoined the band for the summer 2010 U.S. Tour with Silversun Pickups and Against Me! Matt Molchany (born July 3, 1980) is an American musician, audio engineer, and owner of Shards Recording Studio in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He is a member of indie rock band VoirVoir; past bands include Wheelie and Gertie Fox. After playing and touring as a musician, Molchany opened Silent Sound Studios in Allentown, PA and in 2017 founded Shards Recording Studio as a "creative sanctuary" in Bethlehem, PA. VoirVoir continues to perform, opening for bands such as The Flaming Lips, and touring with Slingshot Dakota. In 2016 VoirVoir was a featured band on "bandcamp daily," where their album was favorably described as "confident and fully realized, with the five-piece band touching on and tearing through classic melodic indie rock." Deer Tick is an American alternative rock-folk band from Providence, Rhode Island, composed of singer-songwriter John J. McCauley, guitarist Ian O'Neil, bassist Christopher Ryan and drummer Dennis Ryan. The band's music has been described as rock with folk, blues and country influences, although the band actively rebels against the country tag, stating "We’re proud not to sing with a twang". Dan Long is an American music producer, recording engineer, and mixer. He owns Headwest Studio, also known as Exactamundo. With Alex Lipsen and Scott Norton, he founded Headgear Studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where artists such as the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, TV on the Radio, David Bowie, Son Volt, and The All-American Rejects have recorded.
