The GRAMMY Museum Mississippi is an interactive museum located in Cleveland, Mississippi, United States, focused on the continuing musical achievements of Mississippians. The museum opened on March 5, 2016. Background The Grammy Museum in Cleveland is the sister museum of the first Grammy Museum that was established in Los Angeles. The museum opened on March 5, 2016 with the help of Mayor Billy Nowell, Cleveland Chamber of Commerce, and the advertising firm Hammons and Associates. Hammons helped produce the B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center in Indianola. The museum has many exhibits that visitors can view and learn more about as they browse the museum and recently the museum had a Beatles exhibit on display. Nigel David Hall (born September 15, 1981) is an American vocalist and keyboardist. He is a current member of Lettuce and also fronts his solo project, The Nigel Hall Band. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., and currently residing in New Orleans, Louisiana. "Pride and Joy" is a song by Texas singer/guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan and his backup band Double Trouble. It is an original composition by Vaughan and appeared on his 1983 Epic Records debut album '' Texas Flood''. "Pride and Joy" was also released as Vaughan's first single and has become one of his best-known songs. Lyrics "Pride and Joy" was a feature of Vaughan's live repertoire before he recorded it. According to Double Trouble drummer Chris Layton, Vaughan wrote it for a new girlfriend at the time; somewhat ironically, a later fight with her inspired "I'm Cryin'".
