''The Girl from the Marsh Croft'' (Swedish: ''Tösen från Stormyrtorpet'') is a 1947 Swedish drama film directed by Gustaf Edgren and starring Margareta Fahlén, Alf Kjellin and Sten Lindgren. It is based on the 1908 The Girl from the Marsh Croft (novella), novella of the same name by Selma Lagerlöf. The film's sets were designed by the art director Nils Svenwall. Karl Evert "Keve" Hjelm (23 June 1922 – 3 February 2004) was a Swedish actor and film director. He appeared in 70 films between 1943 and 2004. At the 1st Guldbagge Awards he won the award for Guldbagge Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Actor for his role in ''Raven's End''. Karl Erik "Bullen" Berglund (30 June 1887 – 27 April 1963) was a Sweden, Swedish actor, director and writer. Berglund was one of Sweden's most popular male actors in Swedish films from the 1930s to the 1950s. He appeared in more than a hundred films. Biography Karl Erik Berglund was born at Lidingö in the Stockholm archipelago in Sweden. He was the son of Carl Victor Berglund and his wife Klara Erika Hausmetzger.
