The Fishermen And The City
''The Fishermen and the City'' (), also known as ''City Fisherman'', is a South Korea variety show program on Channel A. Currently, the show consist of Lee Deok-hwa, Lee Kyung-kyu, Lee Soo-geun, Lee Tae-gon and Kim Jun-hyun. The filming began on July 2017. Season 1 of the show was aired on Channel A starting September 7, 2017 and ended on September 9, 2019. It was distributed and syndicated by Channel A every Thursday at 23:00 ( KST). Season 2 of show started on December 19, 2019 and ended on February 4, 2021. It was aired on Channel A every Thursday at 21.00 ( KST). The end of Season 2 will make way for the planning of Season 3. Season 3 of show started on May 6, 2021 and ended on January 27, 2022. It was aired on Channel A every Thursday at 22.30 ( KST). On May 17, 2022, Channel A had announced the show will be renewing for a Season 4 that is slated to air in July 2022. Lee Deok-hwa
Lee Deok-hwa (born May 8, 1952) is a South Korean actor. Career Lee Deok-hwa studied theater and film at Dongguk University, and made his acting debut in 1972. He and his father, movie star Lee Ye-chun starred together in the 1975 horror film '' The Man with Two Faces''. In 1976, Lee and actress Im Ye-jin starred in '' Never Forget Me'' and '' I Am Really Sorry'', both movies in the "Really Really" series that dealt with teenagers' aspirations and romance. They were box office hits, and hugely popular among high school students of that generation. Lee had previously acted opposite Im in ''Red Shoes'' (1975) and continued to do so in ''Blue Classroom'' (1976), ''I've Never Felt Like This Before'' (1976), ''Angry Apple'' (1977), ''When We Grow Up...'' Wando County
Wando County (''Wando-gun'') is a county in South Jeolla Province, South Korea. It takes its name from the island of Wando, which is the largest island within the county and serves as the county seat. Marado
Marado or Mara Island is an island off the south coast of Jeju, in southernmost South Korea, having an area of . It is home to about 90 people, and has long been known for its population being composed of strong women and docile men. It's becoming a popular tourist destination, thanks to the many unusual rock formations, and is connected to the mainland by two regular ferries and numerous excursion boats. Seogwipo
Seogwipo () is the second-largest city on Jeju Island, settled on a rocky volcanic coastline in the southern part of Jeju Province, South Korea. In July 2006, Seogwipo's boundaries were expanded to include the entire southern half of Jeju island. Hongdo
Hongdo is an island in the Yellow Sea located 115 km from the southwest coast of Mokpo port, Jeollanam-do, South Korea. It covers an area of 6.47 km² and consists of steep mountain range, the highest peaks of which are Gitdaebong (깃대봉 378 m) and Yangsanbong (양산봉 231 m). It is within the administrative boundaries of Sinan County, Jeollanam-do, South Korea. The island's 6.47 km² are home to about 710 people. On Hongdo, meaning "Red Island" due to the red coloring found on many of the rocky outcroppings, there are about 270 varieties of evergreens and 170 species of animals. The government wished to preserve the natural state of the island so Hongdo was designated as a Natural Preserve Area in 1965, and became part of Dadohae Marine National Park in 1981. Geoje
Geoje ( Hangeul: ; Hanja: 巨濟; ) is a city located in South Gyeongsang province, just off the coast of the port city of Busan, South Korea. Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (former Daewoo Shipyard) in Okpo and Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) in Gohyeon are both located on Geoje Island.
