''The Fighting Chefs'' is a 2013 Philippine action comedy film directed by and starring Ronnie Ricketts and features celebrity chef Boy Logro in his feature film debut. This was also Mark Gil's final film appearance until his death on September 1, 2014. Synopsis A group of chefs is divided into two fighting groups after learning they only have three months before they're all fired from their restaurant. Ronald Naldo Ricketts, popularly known as Ronnie Ricketts, is a Filipino actor, scriptwriter, film director, line producer, and martial artist who is the former President of the Philippine Film Actors Guild, and former Chairman of Optical Media Board (OMB), a government agency that regulates recording optical media in the Philippines. Film career Ronnie Ricketts is a martial artist and was a ramp model before he entered the movie industry in the early 1980s. He was first noticed by RVQ's (Dolphy) film production as a potential action star. He was introduced in the Dolphy-Nida Blanca film, ''My Heart Belongs to Daddy'' (1982), where he was paired with Maricel Soriano. Roldan Aquino
Rolando Desembrana Aquino (May 2, 1942 – March 10, 2014) was a Filipino actor and director, best known for playing antagonist roles in films and television shows. He also became a Born-Again Evangelical Christian and he was ordained as a pastor of Jesus Lights the Way to the Father's Kingdom Church, Antipolo City, Officiated by Bishop Federico "Butch" Villanueva.
