The Dream Job
''The Dream Job'' (Chinese: 绝世好工) is a Singaporean drama produced and telecast on Mediacorp Channel 8. The show aired at 9pm on weekdays and had a repeat telecast at 8am the following day. The series stars Shaun Chen, Jeanette Aw, Rebecca Lim, Zhang Zhenhuan, Ian Fang and Hong Kong veteran actor, Hugo Ng, as the main cast. The show is Channel 8 mid year blockbuster for 2016. The Series is repeated at 5.30pm on weekdays in 2017, 4.30pm on weekends in 2019 and 7.30am on weekends in 2021. Plot Many people harbour the hope of a "dream job", one that pays well, offer great benefits, and with a boss who treats them like his own. A television commercial pops up, advertising three "exceptional job positions" – to act as the children of and help in the business of a mysterious wealthy businessman, Zhang Qingdong (Hugo Ng). Aileen Tan
Aileen Tan (born 18 October 1966) is a Singaporean actress. Life and career She was educated at the now defunct Willow Secondary School. Tan was often cast in leading roles in the first 15 years of her acting career, but has since played supporting roles in recent years. She has been nominated multiple times in the ''Best Actress'' category at the annual Star Awards. Xavier Ong
Xavier Ong (Chinese: 王勝宇 / 王胜宇; pinyin: ''Wang Sheng Yu'', born 20 April 1994) is a Singaporean actor. Early life Ong was born on 20 April 1994 in Singapore. Step son of Singapore actor Wang Yuqing. Jeffrey Xu (born 3 October 1988) is a Chinese actor based in Singapore and was named as one of the 8 Dukes of Caldecott Hill. Bryan Wong
Bryan Wong Lok Kiang (, born on 30 January 1971) is a Singaporean television host and actor. Career Wong began his career as a child actor in 1981 and featured in several popular children's programmes on SBC. He began performing modelling assignments and commercials while still a teenager. Chen Tianwen
Chen Tianwen (born 28 March 1963) is a Singaporean actor. Career Chen was educated at the now-defunct Serangoon Garden Secondary Technical School. He joined the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (now Mediacorp) after completing the 5th artiste drama training class and made his debut in 1984. Sheila Sim (; born 7 June 1984) is a Singaporean actress and model. Early life and education Sim was educated at Radin Mas Primary School and CHIJ Saint Theresa's Convent.
