At a length of 34 minutes, it is Sloan's shortest album to date. It is also the band's first album to be released on the Outside Music label. Sloan is a Canadian rock music, rock band based in Toronto and originally from Halifax Regional Municipality, Halifax, Nova Scotia. Sloan have released thirteen full-length albums and have received nine Juno Award nominations, winning one.
