The Crezz
''The Crezz'' is a British television drama produced by Thames Television and shown on the ITV network in 1976. Created by Clive Exton, ''The Crezz'' was set in a fictitious West London crescent, Carlisle Crescent. The series was 12 one-hour programmes each focused on a different household. The series was broadcast on ITV at 9pm to start with but midway through it was put back to 10.35pm because the series didn't achieve the viewing figures that were hoped for. Roland Curram
Roland Curram (born 1932) is an English actor and novelist. Curram was educated at Brighton College and has had a long film, television and theatre career. His appearances include Julie Christie's travelling companion in her Oscar-winning film '' Darling'' and expatriate Freddie in the BBC soap opera ''Eldorado''. In 1979, he played Brian Pilbeam in the first series of ''Terry and June''. The Pilbeams were Terry and June's annoying neighbours until the Sprys moved in. He also starred as Harold Perkins in the acclaimed BBC TV series ''Big Jim and the Figaro Club'' which was broadcast in July and August 1981. He was married from 1964 until 1985 to the actress Sheila Gish, with whom he had two daughters, the actors Lou Gish (1967–2006) and Kay Curram (born 1974). Curram came out as gay in the early 1990s, and has since left acting to carve out a second career as a novelist. Ronald Fraser (actor)
Ronald Fraser (11 April 1930 – 13 March 1997) was a British character actor, who appeared in numerous British plays, films and television shows from the 1950s to the 1990s. An unusual appearance and unique delivery made him a natural comedic actor. Fraser was a familiar figure in West End clubs during the sixties, and despite a long-standing reputation as one of the hardest drinking of British actors he was still working in his last years. He was perhaps best known as Basil "Badger" Allenby-Johnson in the 1970s television series '' The Misfit''. Lee Walker (born 11 February 1976) is a Welsh former professional snooker player and former World Seniors Champion. He is both an official WPBSA and SightRight coach. Career After turning professional in 1994 at the age of 18, Walker reached the quarter-finals of the World Championship in 1997, with victories over Dave Harold 10–7 and Alan McManus 13–10, before he lost 13–8 to Alain Robidoux. This was the first time he had reached the latter stages of a ranking tournament, and he also reached the last 16 of the same tournament in 2004 with a 10–7 win over Stephen Lee before losing 13–5 to David Gray. He dropped off the Main Tour after the 2005–2006 season, but returned a year later after a strong campaign on the Pontin's International Open Series, from which the top 8 finishers gain Main Tour places. Linda Patricia Mary Dunford ( Robson; born 13 March 1958) is an English actress and television presenter. Hilda Braid
Hilda Braid (3 March 1929 – 6 November 2007) was an English actress who had a long career on British television. She became well known in her later years for playing Victoria "Nana" Moon on the BBC One soap opera ''EastEnders''. Early life Braid was born in Northfleet, Kent.
