The Charade (Serj Tankian Song)
"The Charade" (previously known as "Charades") is a song by Armenian-American musician Serj Tankian. The single was released prior to '' Elect the Dead Symphony'', although the rock version was found only in the album's DVD closing credits. The orchestral version featured on the album's CD is included in the single as a B-side on some versions. Release history The song has a long release history. Its live debut took place in 2004 on the Axis of Justice tour. Here, the song was performed as a piano piece with vocals. This version appeared on '' Axis of Justice: Concert Series Volume 1'' as "Charades". "Charades" was later considered for release on System of a Down's '' Mezmerize/ Hypnotize'' double album. Footage found on the DualDisc version of '' Hypnotize'' shows the band recording it, but the song didn't make the final release. DualDisc
The DualDisc is a type of double-sided optical disc product developed by a group of record companies including MJJ Productions Inc., EMI Music, Universal Music Group, Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, and 5.1 Entertainment Group and later under the aegis of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). It featured an audio layer intended to be compatible with CD players (but too thin to meet Red Book CD Specifications) on one side and a standard DVD layer on the other. In this respect it was similar to, but distinct from, the DVDplus developed in Europe by Dieter Dierks and covered by European patents. DualDiscs first appeared in the United States in March 2004 as part of a marketing test conducted by the same five record companies who developed the product. The test involved 13 titles being released to a limited number of retailers in the Boston, Massachusetts, and Seattle, Washington, markets. The test marketing was seen as a success after 82% of resp ...

Songs Written By Serj Tankian
A song is a musical composition intended to be performed by the human voice. This is often done at distinct and fixed pitches (melodies) using patterns of sound and silence. Songs contain various forms, such as those including the repetition and variation of sections. Written words created specifically for music, or for which music is specifically created, are called lyrics. If a pre-existing poem is set to composed music in classical music it is an art song. Songs that are sung on repeated pitches without distinct contours and patterns that rise and fall are called chants. Songs composed in a simple style that are learned informally "by ear" are often referred to as folk songs. Songs that are composed for professional singers who sell their recordings or live shows to the mass market are called popular songs. These songs, which have broad appeal, are often composed by professional songwriters, composers, and lyricists. Art songs are composed by trained classical composers fo ...

2010 Singles
1 (one, unit, unity) is a number representing a single or the only entity. 1 is also a numerical digit and represents a single unit of counting or measurement. For example, a line segment of ''unit length'' is a line segment of length 1. In conventions of sign where zero is considered neither positive nor negative, 1 is the first and smallest positive integer. It is also sometimes considered the first of the infinite sequence of natural numbers, followed by  2, although by other definitions 1 is the second natural number, following  0. The fundamental mathematical property of 1 is to be a multiplicative identity, meaning that any number multiplied by 1 equals the same number. Most if not all properties of 1 can be deduced from this. In advanced mathematics, a multiplicative identity is often denoted 1, even if it is not a number. 1 is by convention not considered a prime number; this was not universally accepted until the mid-20th century. Additionally, 1 is t ...

The Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra (APO) is a symphony orchestra based in Auckland, New Zealand. Its principal concert venue is the Auckland Town Hall. The APO is the accompanying ensemble for performances by New Zealand Opera, NZ Opera and the Royal New Zealand Ballet in Auckland. He continued to serve on the Board of Management for some years afterwards. From 1980 to 2005, the Auckland Philharmonia Society focused on artistic management of the orchestra, and delegated financial responsibility to a Board of Advisors and ...

Imperfect Harmonies
''Imperfect Harmonies'' is the second studio album by Armenian-American singer Serj Tankian. The album was released on September 21, 2010 through Reprise Records and Serjical Strike Records. Release and promotion ''Imperfect Harmonies'' was originally scheduled to be released on September 7, 2010, but was later pushed back two weeks to September 21. The paper manufacturing plant that Tankian selected to print the album's booklet ran out of tree-free paper and needed more time to obtain more of the material. Tankian is environmentally conscious and researched this type of paper on his own. Other releases by Tankian that use tree-free paper include his first solo effort ''Elect the Dead'', and '' Hypnotize'' and '' Mezmerize'', the last two releases by his band System of a Down. Flying Cunts Of Chaos
Flying Cunts of Chaos (F.C.C) is a rock band on Serj Tankian's label that was also his backing band on his tours from 2007 to 2009. History Serj Tankian was asked how the name "Flying Cunts of Chaos" was chosen and he stated; "Well, I was originally thinking of naming the record that, but I thought it might not make it into any retail stores. So when it was time to come up with a name for the band I thought 'Serj and the Flying Cunts of Chaos' just for fun, to be honest. We had two or three different names, I ran them by the guys in the band and, overwhelmingly, everyone liked the 'Cunts', so..." He also felt that the word "cunt" resonates better than "pussy", "whore"," or "bitch". In 2007, Serj Tankian released his album "Elect the Dead" and went on tour with newly formed band F.C.C as his backup band. The band members include: Dan Monti (lead guitar, backing vocals), the guitarist from Primus (band), Primus, Larry LaLonde, Mario Pagliarulo (bass, backing vocals), Troy Zeigl ...
