''The Changeling'' is an upcoming horror fantasy television series created by Kelly Marcel and directed by Melina Matsoukas based on the novel of the same name by Victor LaValle for Apple TV+. The series is expected to premiere on September 8, 2023, with the first three episodes. Premise A man goes in search of his wife after she does something horrific in the aftermath of the birth of their first child. The Writers Guild of America West (WGAW) is a labor union representing film, television, radio, and new media writers. It was formed in 1954 from five organizations representing writers, including the Screen Writers Guild. It has around 20,000 members.
