The Big Break VI
''The Big Break VI: Trump National'' was the sixth edition of The Golf Channel's reality television series, ''The Big Break''. The show awards exemptions into selected events on major professional golf tours. This is the first time the show was held at a course in California: Donald Trump's Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles. Trump made a cameo appearance in the season premiere, in addition to appearing periodically throughout the show. This is also the first mixed-gender edition of the show. Nine men and nine women competed for exemptions onto the Champions Tour and LPGA Tour, respectively. The Bank of America Championship was a golf tournament on the Champions Tour from 1981 to 2008. It was played annually in June at the Nashawtuc Country Club in Concord, Massachusetts, United States. Bank of America was the main sponsor of the tournament. The tournament was founded in 1981 as the Marlboro Classic. The Marlboro Classic was played at the Marlborough Country Club from 1981 to 1983. The purse for the 2008 tournament was US$1,650,000, with $247,500 for the winner. The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) is an NCAA Division I conference. The WAC covers a broad expanse of the western United States with member institutions located in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Utah, Washington (state), Washington, and Texas. Kailua () is a census-designated place (CDP) in Honolulu County, Hawaii, United States. It lies in the Koolaupoko District of the island of Oahu on the windward coast at Kailua Bay. Bridget Dwyer (born September 16, 1980) is an American professional golfer, best known for her appearance on ''The Big Break'', the Golf Channel's reality television series. Dwyer was born in Oahu, Hawaii, and is the youngest of six children. Golf and high school Dwyer started playing golf at the age of 13, when her father took her out to the driving range. She attended Punahou School, a private school in Oahu, Hawaii, where she was a member of the boys golf team, there being no girls team at the time. As well as golf, Dwyer also played soccer. By senior year, she had traveled to the mainland United States, to compete in some American Junior Golf Association tournaments. College Dwyer received a partial scholarship to UCLA, where she helped her team go from ranked outside of the top 50 in her freshman year to the NCAA Championship her senior year. The Epson Tour, previously known as the LPGA Futures Tour, and known for sponsorship reasons between 2006 and 2010 as the Duramed Futures Tour and between 2012 and 2021 as the Symetra Tour, is the official developmental golf tour of the LPGA Tour. Faulconbridge, New South Wales
Faulconbridge is a village located in the Blue Mountains 77 km west of Sydney, New South Wales and is 450 metres above sea level. At the 2016 census, Faulconbridge had a population of 4,025 people. History and description The Faulconbridge area was occupied by Indigenous Australians long before European exploration. They left behind numerous signs of their presence, one of the most outstanding being the group of rock carvings in Ticehurst Park. This site includes a wide variety of carvings, including two emus, some grinding grooves and several waterholes created or modified to collect rainwater.
