''The Best of BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge'' is a collection of live tracks played on Jo Whiley's and Fearne Cotton's Radio 1 Radio 1 or Radio One most commonly refers to: *BBC Radio 1, a music radio station from the BBC ** BBC Radio 1Xtra, a digital radio station broadcasting black music *CBC Radio One, a talk radio station operated by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporatio ... shows. It consists of both covers and the bands' own songs. It consisted of tracks previously available on past ''Live Lounge'' compilation albums, as well as one that was previously unavailable. The second disc is over 80 minutes long making it exceed the length of almost all compact discs. The booklet gives a history on the series. Benjamin Paul Ballance-Drew (born 22 October 1983), better known by his stage name Plan B, is an English rapper, singer, songwriter, actor and filmmaker. He first emerged as a rapper, releasing his debut album, ''Who Needs Actions When You Got Words'', in 2006. "Little Lion Man" is the debut single by English folk rock band Mumford & Sons.
