Fred Perpall is an American business executive. He is best known as the first black person to be nominated as president-elect of the United States Golf Association. Since 2013, Perpall has served as CEO of The Beck Group, a US-based international architecture and construction company. He is also on the Board of Directors of FedEx. Early life and education Fred Perpall was born on October 31, 1974, the youngest of four children in a middle-class family from Nassau, Bahamas. 100 West Washington is a high-rise skyscraper in Downtown Phoenix, Downtown Phoenix, Arizona, Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Formerly known as Wells Fargo Plaza, it opened as the First National Bank Plaza on October 25, 1971 and was later known as the First Interstate Bancorp, First Interstate Bank Building. It is 356 feet (109 m) tall. It is designed in the Brutalist style, an architectural style spawned from the International style (architecture), International Style. The “raw concrete” element of Brutalist architecture allows for no exterior finish which exposes the rough concrete columns and beams. Firewheel Town Center
Firewheel Town Center is a open-air regional shopping mall in Garland, Texas. The mall is located on the northeast corner of President George Bush Turnpike and State Highway 78. The mall opened on October 7, 2005. Although "coming soon" signs first appeared in 1984, actual construction did not begin until early 2003. It was completed in 2005 and is owned by the Simon Property Group. Unlike a traditional mall, Firewheel Town Center was designed in the new urbanism style. Similar area shopping centers include Southlake Town Square, The Shops at Legacy, Uptown Village at Cedar Hill, The Shops at Highland Village, and The Village at Allen. Fellowship Church (FC) is Baptist Evangelical multi-site megachurch located in Grapevine, Texas, a suburb of Fort Worth, that is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. FC's lead pastor has been Ed Young since its opening in 1989. History FC started in 1989 as a mission church of the First Baptist Church of Irving, Texas, and was initially known as "Fellowship of Las Colinas". The Domain is a high-density office, retail, and residential center in northwest Austin, Texas, United States. The initial phase of the project was completed in March 2007.
