The Bear (TV Series)
''The Bear'' is an American comedy-drama television series created by Christopher Storer. It premiered on Hulu on June 23, 2022, and stars Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Abby Elliott. The series received critical acclaim. On July 14, 2022, it was renewed for a second season. The sandwich shop interior is copied from the real-live Chicago shop Mr. Beef on Orleans, in River North. The creator was a frequent patron and friends with the son of the owner. Matty Matheson
Matthew James Matheson (born February 7, 1982) is a Canadian chef, restaurateur, and internet personality. He was the executive chef of Parts & Labour, a restaurant located in Toronto, Ontario, which permanently closed on January 1, 2019. A sous-chef is a chef who is second in command in a kitchen; the person ranking next after the head chef, usually the more hands on manager with regards to training staff and organising the kitchen. A flashback (sometimes called an analepsis) is an interjected scene that takes the narrative back in time from the current point in the story.
