The Attic (2008 Film)
''The Attic'' is a 2007 American horror film directed by Mary Lambert and starring Elisabeth Moss, Jason Lewis, Tom Malloy, and Catherine Mary Stewart. Plot Emma (Elisabeth Moss) has a strong aversion towards her family's new house, especially the attic. After moving in, she becomes miserable and reclusive. The rest of her family also seems unhappy and unsettled. The situation escalates one day when Emma is in the attic alone. All of a sudden someone who looks exactly like Emma attacks her viciously. Emma is convinced that someone or something is haunting her, and she refuses to leave her house until she can piece the puzzle together, with the assistance of John Trevor ( Jason Lewis), a sympathetic detective. Mary Lambert (director)
Mary Lambert Gary (born October 13, 1951) is an American director. She has directed music videos, television episodes and feature films, mainly in the horror genre. Life and career Lambert was born in Helena, Arkansas, the daughter of Martha Kelly and Jordan Bennett Lambert III, a rice and cotton farmer. Her younger sister is former U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas. Lambert graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a B.F.A. Lambert directed Chris Isaak's first music video "Dancin'" and Janet Jackson's " Nasty" and "Control" music videos. Nick Gregory (born April 24, 1960) is an American meteorologist and pilot. He is the chief meteorologist for WNYW in New York City. His first weather forecast for WNYW aired on December 26, 1986. Career A native of New Rochelle, New York, Gregory is a 1978 graduate of Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle, and a 1982 graduate of Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, Vermont. Gregory holds a bachelor's degree in meteorology. Career Gregory has been a licensed pilot for 39 years and a flight instructor for over 27 years.
