''The Amazing Race 20'' is the twentieth season of the American reality television show ''The Amazing Race''. It featured eleven teams of two competing in a race around the world. The season premiered on CBS on Sunday, February 19, 2012, and the two-hour finale aired on May 6, 2012. Married couple Dave and Rachel Brown were the winners of this season, while U.S. Border Patrol agents Art Velez and J.J. Carrell finished in second place, and ''Big Brother'' dating couple Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly finished in third. Production CBS renewed the series for its 20th season on June 16, 2011. Philip John Keoghan ( ; born 31 May 1967) is a New Zealand television personality, best known for hosting the American version of ''The Amazing Race'' on CBS, since its 2001 debut. He is the creator and host of ''No Opportunity Wasted'', which has been produced in the United States, New Zealand, and Canada. He also co-created and hosts the American reality competition television program ''Tough as Nails'' which debuted on CBS on 8 July 2020. Andrew Weber (born August 9, 1983) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Sporting Arizona FC. Career Youth and College Weber played college soccer at the University of New Mexico where he holds UNM's career records for games played (83), minutes played (7,681), goalie wins (50), saves (350), and shutouts (25). He also played with the Cape Cod Crusaders and the Indiana Invaders in the USL Premier Development League, and was part of the squad which won the 2003 PDL title. Holbrook is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 27,195 at the 2010 census. The community borders the eastern side of Long Island MacArthur Airport. History Holbrook is believed to have derived its name from a stream which was called, in various narratives, either "Old Brook" or "Hollow Brook." The area was part of the 51,000 acre Islip Grange estate, acquired in 1697 by William Nicoll (son of Matthias Nicoll, who was the sixth mayor of New York City). The show's premise was to award an aspiring professional golfer exemptions into selected events or full-season exemptions on lower-level tours. The series debuted on October 6, 2003.
