''That Peter Crouch Podcast'' is an entertainment and sports podcast hosted by Peter Crouch, Chris Stark and Steve Sidwell. Ostensibly a guide on how to be a professional footballer, the episodes include insight on everything from dressing rooms, transfers, managers, football confessions and other details of the modern game. The podcast has been consistently one of the most popular podcasts in the UK since its launch, attracting 12 million listens in 2019. Peter Crouch
Peter James Crouch (born 30 January 1981) is an English former professional footballer who played as a striker. He was capped 42 times by the England national team between 2005 and 2010, scoring 22 goals for his country during that time, and appearing at two FIFA World Cup tournaments. He is one of 33 players to have scored 100 or more Premier League goals, and holds the record for the most headed goals in Premier League history. Crouch began his career as a trainee with Tottenham Hotspur. He failed to make an appearance for Spurs and after loan spells at Dulwich Hamlet and Swedish club IFK Hässleholm he joined Queens Park Rangers. Christopher Francis Stark (born 12 March 1987) is a British radio personality known for his work most recently as a co-host on the ''Scott Mills'' show on BBC Radio 1 until he departed in 2022. He currently works on Capital FM's Breakfast Show as co-presenter and executive producer. Broadcasting career Early career Stark was born in Watford and raised in Pinner, north-west London. Stark started working at Radio Northwick Park, a hospital radio station, at the age of 16 and gained experience working at stations including Galaxy, Real Radio, Virgin Radio and BBC 6 Music. Steven James Sidwell (born 14 December 1982) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Sidwell was a product of the Arsenal academy, and after winning two FA Youth Cups, he had constructive loan spells at Brentford and Brighton & Hove Albion, but never broke into the Arsenal first team. He came to prominence in the Championship with Reading after a January 2003 move to the Royals and spent years with the club, helping them to earn promotion to the Premier League for the first time ever in 2005–06. He joined Chelsea on a free transfer for the 2007–08 season, however opportunities were limited at Stamford Bridge and he moved on to Aston Villa in July 2008 for a fee of £5 million. The Audio and Radio Industry Awards (ARIAS, ARIAs, or UK ARIAs) are annual awards awarded for excellence in UK radio and audio presenting and production.
