Thadayam
''Thadayam'' () is a 1997 Tamil language action film directed by Ramesh Balakrishnan. The film stars Vijayashanti, Ramki and Indraja. The film, produced by Jothi Prasad Srinivasan, had musical score by Deva and was released on 28 November 1997. Plot Chandrasekhar (Ramki), alias Chandru, is a graduate but he cannot find a job so he often goes to jail for earning a living. He lives with his friend Jeeva. Ramesh Balakrishnan
Ramesh Balakrishnan is an Indian film director and television producer who has worked on Tamil films and serials. Career Ramesh Balakrishnan graduated with an English literature degree, before going on to take a film making course at the Film and Television Institute of Chennai. He began his directorial career with the film ''Adharmam'' (1994) featuring Murali and Ranjitha in the lead roles, where cinematographer V. Manikandan also made his debut. Ramakrishnan, better known by his stage name Ramki, is an Indian actor best known for his work in Tamil and Telugu films. He made his debut in ''Chinna Poove Mella Pesu'' (1987). He was a lead actor from 1987 to 2004. Indraja
Rajathi, better known by her stage name Indraja, is an Indian actress known for her work in Telugu and Malayalam films. She has also appeared in a few Tamil and Kannada films, in addition to television shows. Early life Indraja was born as Rajathi in a Telugu Brahmin family in Chennai. Nagesh (born Cheyur Krishnarao Nageshwaran; (27 September 1933 – 31 January 2009) was an Indian actor, mostly remembered for his roles as a comedian in Tamil films during the 1960s. Nagesh was born in Dharapuram. He acted in over 1,000 films from 1958 to 2008, performing in a variety of roles as comedian, lead roles, supporting actor and antagonist. Chelladurai (1941 - 7 February 2015) was an Indian comedian who worked in Tamil-language films. He acted in over 350 films. Career Chelladurai made his film debut with ''Thooral Ninnu Pochchu'' (1982). He is known for his comic sequences with actor Vadivelu. He became famous for his role in '' Shree'' (2002) as the owner of a wine shop named Prabha. In the scene, Marimuthu (Vadivelu) calls the owner and asks when the shop will open. The owner tells him that the store closed. Vadivelu drinks alcohol and repeatedly disturbs the shop owner during the night.
