Texas United
Texas United is an American soccer club that currently competes in USL League Two, the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid. The club plays its home games at the John Clark Stadium. In March 2017, it was announced that the club had been granted a franchise license for USL League 2, to operate in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex area. The team is owned by Neltex Sports Group who are also owners of the Texas Airhogs and co-owners of the NBA G League franchise the Texas Legends. History 2017 season The club was founded in March 2017 and announced Ryan Higginbotham as the club's inaugural head coach. The Texans finished the season with a respectful 5-8-1. Arez Ardalani Era (2018-2022) In January 2018 Neltex Sports Group hired Arez Ardalani as the new head coach of Texas United. John Clark Stadium (formerly John Clark Field) is a 14,224-capacity multi-use high school stadium in Plano, Texas. Sporting Kansas City II is a MLS Next Pro club affiliated with Sporting Kansas City of Major League Soccer. The 2017 USL Premier Development League season is the 23rd season of the PDL. The Michigan Bucks entered the season as the defending champions, but their title defense campaign ended with a loss in the Central Conference semi-finals. Giovanni Montesdeoca (born March 28, 1998) is an American soccer player who plays as a forward. Career Youth Montesdeoca joined the FC Dallas academy in 2014, where he played until 2016. Giovanni while with FC Dallas Academy scored 27 goals in his first season with FC Dallas, and help to lead the team to two USSDA National Championship. Matthew Constant (born August 17, 1998) is a Canadian- American soccer player. Career Youth Constant spent 7 years as part of the Dallas Texans USSDA academy side. College & amateur Constant played college soccer at the University of New Mexico for two seasons in 2016 and 2017. He made 38 appearances, scoring one goal for the Lobos. Austin Bold FC was an American professional soccer team located in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2017, the team made its debut in the USL Championship in 2019.
