Texas State Highway Loop 275
Loop 275 is a , two-segment, state-maintained roadway located in Austin, Texas. History Loop 275 was originally formed on March 24, 1954, when US 81 was realigned to form the Interregional Highway, which would later form the initial alignment for Interstate 35 (I-35). The route was also signed as US 81 Business. On February 25, 1975, Loop 275 was no longer planned to be US 81 Business. At that time, Loop 275 followed Lamar Boulevard to what is now the Triangle neighborhood, where Guadalupe Street West splits from Lamar at the Y-intersection. From there, it followed Guadalupe Street and 1st Street (now Cesar Chavez Street) over to Congress Avenue, where it crossed the Colorado River at the Ann W. Richards Congress Avenue Bridge and then continued south to eventually rejoin I-35 in what is now the Southpark Meadows neighborhood. Interstate 35 (I-35) in Texas is a major north–south Interstate Highway running from Laredo near the Mexican border to the Red River north of Gainesville where it crosses into Oklahoma. Along its route, it passes through the cities of San Antonio, Austin, and Waco before it splits into two auxiliary routes just north of Hillsboro. I-35E heads northeast where it passes through Dallas. I-35W turns northwest to run through Fort Worth. The two branches meet up in Denton to again form I-35, where it continues to the Oklahoma border. Loop 343 is a state-maintained roadway located in Austin, Texas. History Loop 343 was formed on May 30, 1961 along the previous routes of SH 71 and US 290 as those roads were realigned. It passed through downtown Austin along 6th and 7th Streets to Lamar Boulevard. It was rerouted on February 25, 1977 to use 1st Street (now Cesar Chavez Street) west of I-35. On November 10, 1986, the portion east of I-35 was removed from state maintenance, forming the current alignment. Between 1978 and 2008, a segment of Cesar Chavez Street in downtown Austin was one-way eastbound. Westbound traffic on Loop 343 was diverted to Second and Third Streets before merging back onto Cesar Chavez Street at . Farm to Market Road 734 (FM 734) is a farm-to-market road in Travis and Williamson counties in the U.S. state of Texas. It is the state-maintained portion of Parmer Lane, a major arterial road in the region. Most of the route's length is located just within the northern city limits of Austin, with portions located in Cedar Park, Leander, and unincorporated areas.
