Terri Moss
Terri Moss (born January 25, 1966) is a retired female boxer, and a 2015 inductee into the International Women's Boxing Hall of Fame. Background Her family moved to Athens, Georgia in 1975 where she grew up and resided until 2003 when she moved to Atlanta to work with professional boxing trainer, Xavier Biggs. Xavier is the brother of 1984 Olympic Super Heavyweight Gold Medalist Tyrell Biggs. Prior to boxing, Moss pursued a career in Law Enforcement working at several different levels in that field. She spent the majority of her career as a Narcotics Investigator. Boxing career Moss began her experience in boxing at the age of 34 under Chicago native "Doc" Keppner and worked with him for two years. Ann Wolfe
Ann Wolfe (born January 17, 1971) is an American retired boxer, trainer and actress. Wolfe held world titles in three different weight classes simultaneously and is regarded as one of the greatest female boxers of all time. She is a member of the International Women's Boxing Hall of Fame. Personal life Wolfe was born in Austin, Texas and moved to Oberlin, Louisiana where she spent most of her childhood. She moved back to Austin in 1996 with her two daughters and one son. After being homeless and working construction, she met her original trainer 'Pops' Billingsley. Laura Serrano Garcia (born October 20, 1967 in Mexico City) is a Mexican boxer. Serrano began boxing at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City, where she was studying to become a lawyer. She wanted to lose weight and stay in shape. She applied for a professional boxer's license in Mexico. After a short appearance in two episodes of the '' Volver a empezar'' soap opera, she went to Las Vegas, and on a pay per view card she challenged Christy Martin for the world title. Deirdre Gogarty (born 10 November 1969) is a retired Irish female boxer and current coach of the Ragin' Cajun Boxing Club who hails from Drogheda, Ireland. She attended Drogheda Grammar School. Due to legal issues regarding women's boxing in Ireland at the time, Gogarty could not engage in competition there. She currently fights out of Lafayette, Louisiana and is managed and trained by Beau Williford. However, before the law was passed in Ireland, preventing women from engaging in boxing events, Gogarty was able to begin her career there with a six-round decision win against Anne-Marie Griffin.
