Teresia Mbaika Malokwe (née Teresia Mbaika), is currently the nominated principal secretary of State Department for Devolution assigned in the office of H.E. Geoffrey Rigathi Gachagua the deputy president of the Republic of Kenya. .Teresia is also an environmentalist and health economist. She also serves as the Secretary of the "National Government-Constituency Development Fund" (NG-CDF) for Kaiti Constituency, in Makueni County, in the former Eastern Province of Kenya. The Kamba or Akamba (sometimes called Wakamba) people are a Bantu ethnic group who predominantly live in the area of Kenya stretching from Nairobi to Tsavo and north to Embu, in the southern part of the former Eastern Province.
