Theodore Edwin White (born February 4, 1938) is a Hugo Award-winning American science fiction writer, editor and fan, as well as a music critic. He writes and edits as Ted White. In addition to books and stories written under his own name, he has also co-authored novels with Dave van Arnam as Ron Archer, and with Terry Carr as Norman Edwards. Author, editor, critic and DJ Fandom origins Since the time he was a teenager, White has been a prolific contributor to science fiction fanzines, and in 1968 he won the Hugo Award for Best Fan Writer. Alex Bayouth (January 25, 1926 – October 14, 2022), known professionally as Ted White, was an American stuntman and actor who was best known for playing Jason Voorhees in '' Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter''. He was also notable for having doubled for John Wayne, Fess Parker, Clark Gable, and Richard Boone. Life and career Born as Alex Bayouth in Krebs, Oklahoma, White grew up in Snyder, Texas. Edward Clive Stewart White (17 April 1913 – 10 October 1999) was an Australian cricketer who played for New South Wales and toured England with the Australian team in 1938 without playing a Test match. Born and raised in Sydney, Ted White played grade cricket with the North Sydney club and scored 52 on his first-class debut against Victoria in 1934–35. White bowled with a fluent, upright action that maximised his height and he relied on accuracy and changes of pace rather than movement to secure wickets. Edward Alexander (Ted) White (born 18 April 1949) is a Canadian former politician who served in the House of Commons of Canada from 1993 to 2004. Born in Southampton, England, White was first elected in the North Vancouver riding in 1993 as a Reform Party of Canada candidate in the 35th Canadian Parliament. He was re-elected in 1997 and 2000. While a member of parliament, the Reform party became known as the Canadian Alliance party, then merge into the Conservative Party of Canada. White was defeated in the 2004 federal election by Liberal candidate Don Bell. In the 1983 British Columbia provincial election, he was a candidate for the separatist Western Canada Concept party in the North Vancouver-Seymour riding. Ted White (American Football)
Tederal Duralle White (born May 29, 1976) is the current offensive assistant and quarterbacks coach for the Houston Texans. Before coaching the NFL team in 2022, White played for the Frankfurt Galaxy and Barcelona Dragons as part of NFL Europe in the early 2000s. From 2003 to 2005, White was the backup quarterback for the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League. With both leagues, White had a combined total of 2,568 passing yards, 20 touchdowns and 19 interceptions. In college football, White started working as a positions coach for Texas Southern during the late 2000s. Throughout the 2010s, White continued to coach college football with Southern, Howard, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, and Prairie View A&M. White was the manager and first husband of soul singer Aretha Franklin. As a songwriter, White wrote or co-wrote songs for Franklin, including "I Wonder (Where You Are Tonight)", "Lee Cross", "Dr. Feelgood", and "Think".
