Ted Sadler
Edward Sadler (8 May 1910 – 26 December 1992) was an English List of dual-code rugby internationals, dual-code international rugby union and rugby league footballer who played in the 1930s and 1940s. He played representative level rugby union (RU) for England national rugby union team, England, and whilst serving with the Royal Corps of Signals for the Army Rugby Union, and representative level rugby league (RL) for England national rugby league team, England, and at club level for Oldham R.L.F.C., Oldham (List of Oldham R.L.F.C. players, Heritage № 296) and Castleford Tigers, Castleford (List of Castleford Tigers players, Heritage № 134). He also appeared for Wigan Warriors, Wigan (List of Wigan Warriors players, Heritage № 459) as a World War II Loan (sports), guest player.
