Ted Hopkins
Edward "Ted" Hopkins (born 27 May 1949) is retired former Australian rules footballer, businessman and writer. He is most notable for his four-goal effort in the second half of Carlton's remarkable victory in the 1970 VFL Grand Final. Ted currently resides in Melbourne and has one child, Erica Hopkins. Gilbert Thomas 'Bert' Thornley (born 3 September 1942) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Carlton in the VFL. Oleksandr "Alex" Jesaulenko ( ; uk, Олександр Васильович Єсауленко, Oleksandr Vasiliovych Yesaulenko, ; born 2 August 1945) is a former Australian rules footballer and who played for the Carlton Football Club and the St Kilda Football Club in the Victorian Football League (1897–1989), Victorian Football League (VFL).
