Bahía Blanca (; English: White Bay) is a city in the southwest of the provinces of Argentina, province of Buenos Aires Province, Buenos Aires, Argentina, by the Atlantic Ocean, and is the seat of government of the Bahía Blanca Partido. Arequito is a town (''comuna'') in the south of the province of Santa Fe, Argentina, southwest from the provincial capital and west of Rosario. It has a population of about 7,000 inhabitants as per the . The town was founded initially as a waystop (''posta'') by Braulio Areco in 1778. He ended up using a diminutive of his surname because there were already two ''postas de Areco'' in Buenos Aires (Carmen de Areco and San Antonio de Areco). Teatro Rossini is the name of an opera house in Lugo, Italy that serves as an adjunct venue for the work of Teatro Comunale di Bologna. The Teatro Rossini was built in 1760, its main parts following a design of Ambrogio Petrocchi. Teatro Rossini is the name of an opera house in Pesaro, Italy that serves as a venue for the Rossini Opera Festival. Built as the ''Teatro Nuovo'' (on the site of the original 1637 ''Teatro del Sole''), it was inaugurated on 10 June 1818 with a performance of Gioacchino Rossini's ''La gazza ladra'' conducted by the composer in the town of his birth. It seats 860, with an auditorium designed in the classic horseshoe shape with four tiers of boxes plus the gallery. The theatre took its present name in the composer's honour in 1854. After a 1930 earthquake it required structural renovations. It re-opened in August 1934 with a performance of ''Guglielmo Tell''. In 1966, however, cracks in the walls and decaying woodwork led to its being declared unsafe, and it was closed for 14 years. Pesaro () is a city and ''comune'' in the Italian region of Marche, capital of the Province of Pesaro e Urbino, on the Adriatic Sea. According to the 2011 census, its population was 95,011, making it the second most populous city in the Marche, after Ancona. The Teatro San Benedetto was a theatre in Venice, particularly prominent in the operatic life of the city in the 18th and early 19th centuries. It saw the premieres of over 140 operas, including Rossini's ''L'italiana in Algeri'', and was the theatre of choice for the presentation of ''opera seria'' until La Fenice was built in 1792.
