Piercarlo Ghinzani (born 16 January 1952) is a former racing driver from Italy. He currently manages his own racing team, Team Ghinzani, which was created in 1992 and is currently involved in several Formula Three championships. Lola Cars
Lola Cars International Ltd. was a British race car engineering company in operation from 1958 to 2012. The company was founded by Eric Broadley in Bromley, England (then in Kent, now part of Greater London), before moving to new premises in Slough, Buckinghamshire and finally Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, and endured for more than fifty years to become one of the oldest and largest manufacturers of racing cars in the world. Peter Sundberg
Peter Hans Sundberg (born 10 May 1976) is a Swedish car racing driver with titles in several categories. He was born and grew up in the south of Spain, spending his teen years riding motocross. Sundberg finished near the top of numerous Formula Renault championships, then going into Formula Three where he won the Italian Formula Three Championship in 1999. Paolo Ruberti (born 22 April 1975) is an Italian racing driver who currently competes in the Michelin Le Mans Cup. Career Ruberti began his career with karting in his native Italy, before moving on to national-level formula series. In 2008, Ruberti competed in his first 24 Hours of Le Mans, driving for BMS Scuderia Italia in the GT2 class. While testing at the Hockenheimring in 2016, Ruberti suffered a fractured lumbar vertebrae in an accident and missed the 2016 24 Hours of Le Mans, where he was due to drive for Larbre Compétition. 2008–09 A1 Grand Prix Season
The 2008–09 A1 Grand Prix season was the fourth and final season of the A1 Grand Prix formula. Ferrari supplied the engines for all entrants and advised on aspects of the chassis, based on its championship-winning F2004. A1 Team Ireland became the fourth A1GP champions, after a title battle which went down to the final round in Great Britain. Ireland won with 112 points, with team driver Adam Carroll taking five victories at Chengdu, Sepang, Taupo and the series finale at Brands Hatch during the shortened 14 race season. Three rounds were cancelled for various reasons. The following season was cancelled. A1 Team Switzerland finished the season in second place with 95 points and four wins by its driver Neel Jani.
