Tawa Bowanle Ishola (born 23 December 1988) is a Nigerian football midfielder who played for the Nigeria women's national football team at the 2008 Summer Olympics. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. Bayelsa is one of the states in the South-South region of Nigeria, located in the core of the Niger Delta region.
