Tata Bolt
The Tata Bolt is a hatchback produced by Tata Motors. The car was revealed at Indian Auto Expo 2014 along with its sedan version, the Tata Zest and went on sale in January 2015. The new car is based on existing Tata X1 platforms on which Vista and Manza are built. The hatchback is made available in both the fuel trims with 4 variants in petrol and diesel. Despite having better safety, features, more premium interiors it didn't sell well compared to its rivals. Production of the Bolt ended in April 2019 and was replaced by Tata Tiago and Tata Altroz. Engine The petrol version of the hatchback is powered by the 1.2-litre Revotron Turbocharged MPFi engine which gives a power of 90 PS and torque of 140 Nm. Tata Indica Vista
The Tata Indica is a supermini car launched by the Indian manufacturer Tata Motors in 1998. It was the first Indian hatchback with a diesel engine. It was the first passenger hatchback from Tata Motors, with previous models being station wagons and SUVs. Indica is also considered to have been one of India's indigenously developed passenger cars, though not the very first. , more than 910,000 units had been produced and the platform had spawned close to 1.2 million vehicles. The Auto Expo is a biennial automotive show held in Greater Noida, NCR, India. Till 2012, the Auto Expo was organized at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi which combined both vehicles and components. Tata Altroz
The Tata Altroz is a subcompact car/ supermini manufactured by Tata Motors. The Altroz was revealed at the 89th Geneva International Motor Show alongside the new Buzzard, Buzzard Sport, and H2X compact SUV concept. It was launched to the Indian market on 22 January 2020. The name "Altroz" was inspired by name of bird species, Albatross. At present, the Altroz has three engines on offer, which are 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol, 1.5-litre turbodiesel and a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol. Tata Tiago is a city car made by Tata Motors in India since 2016. It is derived from the Tata Kite project. The Tiago was previously announced as the Tata Zica, with "Zica" short for "zippy car", but it was changed because the launch of the car coincide with the outbreak of Zika virus. Tiago, a common Portuguese masculine name, was picked from suggestions solicited online. Tata Zest is a compact sedan produced by Tata Motors. The car was revealed at Indian Auto Expo 2014 along with its hatchback version, the Tata Bolt.
