Alcohol septal ablation (ASA) is a minimally invasive heart procedure to treat hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). It is a percutaneous, minimally invasive procedure performed by an interventional cardiologist to relieve symptoms and improve functional status in eligible patients with severely symptomatic HCM who meet strict clinical, anatomic and physiologic selection criteria. In a large subset of patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, thickening of the heart muscle in a particular part of the interventricular septum causes obstruction to blood being ejected from the left ventricle. Tash (Narnia)
Tash is a fictional deity and demonic god, found in C. S. Lewis's ''Chronicles of Narnia'' series. He is an antagonist in the novels ''The Horse and His Boy'' and ''The Last Battle''. Tash is the patron god of the ruling class of Calormen. The Calormene capital is named Tashbaan, and the Tisrocs and Tarkaans and Tarkheenas all claim descent from Tash. The worship of Tash is the only formal religion depicted in the world of Narnia, except that the people of Narnia honour the memory of Aslan, a great lion who was killed and returned from the dead many generations before. There are temples to Tash, Calormenes regularly use ritual phrases such as "Tash the inexorable, the irresistible" and "Tash preserve us", and he is the only being referred to by any character in the books as a god. At the end of the series, Tash is revealed as the antithesis of Aslan (who represents Jesus), and appears as a terrible demon, with a skeletal, humanoid body, a vulture-like head, and four taloned arm ...

Kiryas Tosh (Hebrew/Yiddish: ), also called Tash (), is a Hasidic Jewish community in the town of Boisbriand, Quebec. It is affiliated with the Tosh Hasidic dynasty. The community is home to about 500 households, or about 3,000 people. Naming ''Kiryas Tosh'', or ''Kiryas Tash'' ( en, Town of Tash), is named after the town of Tash, Hungary (now Nyírtass, Hungary), near Slovak and Ukrainian borders, where Tasher (Tosher) rebbes once gathered. Since then, the population of the community has greatly increased, mostly due to the high fertility rates of Hasidic communities. In 2019, a mass vaccination campaign against me ...
